Construction procedure

Construction method: brush coating, roll coating, airless spraying

Theoretical coating amount: 8-12 square meters /kg (single times) due to the actual construction surface roughness and dilution ratio of different, the amount of paint consumption is also different

Dilution: before use should be stirred evenly, in order to achieve the best brushing effect, roller coating, brush coating can usually be added to the paint 10%-15% volume of water according to the actual situation, at most 15% volume of water dilution this product. After mixing well, let it stand for 5 minutes before construction. If airless spraying is used, water dilution of no more than 5% of the volume of the paint can be used according to the actual situation, and stir evenly

Construction conditions: temperature > 5℃, humidity < 85%

Storage: Store in a cool, clean and dry place at 5-35℃. The remaining paint should be sealed and covered to prevent impurities from deteriorating paint. If the product is not opened and properly stored, the storage period is 12 months.

Tool cleaning: After stopping during painting and finishing painting, please clean all tools with clean water in time.

Recoating time: (30 micron dry film, 25-30℃) about 1 hour /25℃; Recoating interval ≥3 hours /25℃.
